Teen actor Kevin cried while reading script and teases ‘surprises’

NBC It’s us The Season 6 finale will air soon, and fans still have a number of questions they need answered before the show ends for good. Kevin’s teenage actor Logan Shroyer has had quite a few moments in the spotlight thanks to the show. Recently, he spoke about his feelings towards the final scripts – and the “surprises” that may be in store.

the It’s us The season 6 finale is episode 18, which means there’s only one episode left before the finale. Season 6 Episode 17, titled “The Train,” likely details Rebecca Pearson’s death. The Big Three spent Episode 16, “Family Meeting”, coming up with a custody plan for Rebecca. At the end of Episode 16, Kevin, Kate, and Randall prepared for their mother’s death.

The penultimate episode is sure to bring fans to tears. Rebecca actor Mandy Moore said the episode 17 storyline made him vomit. If Rebecca does indeed die in “The Train,” that leaves another episode for the Pearson family to say goodbye to Rebecca once and for all – and fans will likely see future generations of the family in flash-forward footage. Viewers can look forward to plenty of time jumps in episode 18, titled “We,” to round out the series.

Logan Shroyer plays teenage Kevin Pearson throughout the series. He recently commented on the It’s us Season 6 finale script. Not only did reading the script bring him to tears, but he also said there were a few unexpected moments.

“There are surprises in there,” he told Today, according to yahoo. “It’s very sweet. …I think people are going to like it. … It’s told in a way that I think everyone has confidence in and we don’t feel like we dragged it out too long.

Shroyer mentioned that he loved working with the It’s us cast until the very end. But it was Mandy Moore who held it all together. “She’s the glue of the show,” Shroyer added. “I don’t know if you’ve heard that before. Some people call her that because she is in every era, so she works harder than anyone. She really, really works and she portrays such a wide range of ages and circumstances that I think it’s incredibly impressive. And she maintains it. It is phenomenal what she has been able to do during these six years.

Fans still have a lot of questions before the It’s us Season 6 finale, but series creator Dan Fogelman thinks viewers will get the answers they need.

“When we get to the end of this case, I don’t think you’ll have anything left for you, who for six years constantly asking for spoilers, to ask for more,” he said. The Hollywood Reporter. “I hope everything has been answered.”

Mandy Moore also spoke to The Hollywood Reporter about the show’s ending. She said Rebecca had to “say goodbye” as well, and the whole experience of letting the show end was an emotional rollercoaster. “We all mourn the loss of this family and this experience that we have all had together for the past six years,” she added. “[Fans] also say goodbye to the Pearsons. We are in these parallel journeys.

It’s us Season 6 airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. EST on NBC.
